Common questions

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No. Perry has no sign-up and works fully offline. Internet is only used for app updates and the one-time AI model download.

The AI tutor asks to download a model — what is that?

Perry's tutor runs entirely on your device. On first use it downloads the model file once; after that, tutoring works offline. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection and enough free storage for the initial download.

How do I reset my study data?

Use the in-app Reset function in settings to clear study data while keeping your access level, or uninstall the app to remove everything permanently.

I have an access code — where do I enter it?

Open the app's settings/access screen and enter the code there. Codes are validated on your device.

My progress disappeared after deleting the app

All data lives only on your device, so uninstalling permanently deletes it. There is no cloud backup by design — see the privacy policy.
